One of the solutions that I've found is to do pre-orders for the book through an ebay listing and use the Ebay Giving Works program to donate the proceeds directly to the organizations and just keep the portion that I need to purchase the books. This solution has some fw problems, to which I've come with some solutions (@.@) can you guys look over this and tell me if I've completely lost my marbles while cramming for this next biochem test?
I can only donate to one organization in a listing, but I can change this at any time when the listing is active. Which means, in order to separate the proceeds equally, I'll either have to come back periodically to change the donation designation (this can get messy) or I'll have to make two listings, one for each organization, but use a small quantity (like...5 or so) in each listing, so that the funds are distributed.
Secondly, does it MATTER if the proceeds are equally distributed? like, what if I just made one listing of 100 books to donate to susan g. komen and another for artists for humanity. in the end, the susan g. komen one sells 30 copies and the artists for humanity one sells 60 copies. would anyone (especially the artists in the book) be upset with this outcome? Honestly, I don't have a problem with doing it this way.
Alright, weigh in, people. and i'm going to go back to studying.

Spend all you have for loveliness,
Buy it and never count the cost;
For one white singing hour of peace
Count many a year of strife well lost,
And for a breath of ecstasy
Give all you have been, or could be.
Thank you very much for the
